Parking and Directions to Events

Directions to the University of New Hampshire

From the North

Take I-95 South (Maine), take Exit 5 (in NH) to the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16N), then take Exit 6W (Route 4 West) towards Durham to the Exit for Route 155A. Follow directions to parking lot C below.

From the South

Take I-95 North (Mass.), take Exit 4 (in NH) (left hand exit) to the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16N), then take Exit 6W (Route 4 West) towards Durham to the Exit for Route 155A. Follow directions to parking lot C below.

From the West

Take route 101 East to Exit 7 (Route 125 North). Follow Route 125 North to the traffic circle. Take Route 4 East to the Durham Exit (2 miles) (Route 155A). Follow directions to parking lot C below.

Directions to Parking Lots C & B and Additional Parking Areas

Note: All events will have C-lot as the primary parking area and B-lot as secondary “run-off” parking. Both are a short walk to all event locations in the Memorial Union Building.

C-Lot Parking

From North or South
From Route 4 West take the exit for Route 155A. At the bottom of the ramp take a left. Follow Main Street approximately 1.5 miles into the center of town. Take a right onto Mill road. Lot C is on the right. Check in at the attendant booth at the entrance.

From West
From Route 4 East take the exit for Route 155A. At the bottom of the ramp take a right. Follow Main Street approximately 1.5 miles into the center of town. Take a right onto Mill road. Lot C is on the right. Check in at the attendant booth at the entrance.

B-Lot Parking

Parking lot B is located one street down from C-lot. Take a right onto College Road and a left to the lot. During our events B-Lot will be open to the public at 4:45 (only during Michael Wood events).

Additional Parking

Faculty/Staff and Metered Parking will be open from 6:00 pm on for additional parking options (please see Campus Parking Map at http://www.unh.edu/transportation/visitor/map.pdf)

Memorial Union Building

The Memorial Union Building (MUB) is located at 83 Main Street in the heart of the campus, a short walk from parking lots C & B. For a campus map, visit http://www.unh.edu/map, or see the small map below.

New England Center

New England Center and its surrounding parking areas is located at 15 Strafford Avenue, Durham, NH 03824

From the South
Travel North on Interstate 95. Take Exit 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) for 5 miles. At Exit 6 West, take Route 4 West for 5 1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Turn left onto Madbury Road and go one mile to the Edgewood Road stop sign.Turn Right onto Edgewood Road for approximately 1/2 mile to Strafford Avenue, which is on your left. Take Strafford Avenue one block and the New England Center is on your right.

From the North
Travel South on Interstate 95. Take Exit 5 (Spaulding Turnpike) for 5 miles. At Exit 6 West, take Route 4 West for 5 1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light.
